Adept Engineers Solid Team With Prestigious Accreditation
Leeds based Adept Consulting Engineers has successfully achieved a silver certification against the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) Standard, which demonstrates the company’s commitment to its fast growing team.
Adept currently employs a 30-strong team across offices in Leeds, Manchester and London. The accreditation is widely recognised as the world’s leading benchmark for good people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.
The IIP framework reflects the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry and is designed by world leading academics, practitioners and HR industry experts. Throughout the process, a team of assessors looked at all areas of Adept’s business including work culture, employee engagement, development opportunities and quality of leadership.
Erol Erturan, managing director at Adept Consulting Engineers, says: “We’re extremely proud to have been awarded this certification. Our success and continued growth is built around the strength of our team so it’s hugely important that our people have our ongoing support when it comes to both their workplace wellbeing and career development.”
Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Adept Consulting Engineers, Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. Adept Consulting Engineers should be extremely proud of their achievement.”
Adept provides a full range of civil and structural engineering solutions including surveys and reports, feasibility advice for new schemes, BIM services, geo-environmental studies, site investigations, conceptual and detailed drawings, flood-risk and drainage assessments as well as highway design. The company works on all types of projects including residential, commercial, warehousing, retail, educational, healthcare, food processing and ecclesiastical schemes.
