Clever Lending appoints new commercial and bridging specialist

Clever Lending, the master broker, has appointed David Winter as Commercial and Bridging Specialist with business levels in the commercial sector continuing to grow.

With an extensive background in business funding and financial services, David has worked with a number of large banking Groups including HSBC, Lloyds, Bank of Ireland, Close Brothers as well as the Birmingham Midshires Building Society. He has also managed his own commercial finance brokerage specialising in all areas of business finance dealing exclusively with the financial introducer market and with an extensive list of lenders.

David will help grow the commercial and bridging business which is a very successful sector, in which Clever’s ability to provide quick and suitable solutions to brokers continues to help them thrive.

David commented: “It’s great to become part of an innovative group dedicated to helping the introducer, and the plans that Sam Kirtikar and the team have for the business going forward can only serve to delight the brokers we support, and something I am very excited to be involved with.”
