£1m milestone for R&D Tax Claims’ Northern business
After launching in the North West two years ago, R&D Tax Claims (North) Limited has hit the seven-figure mark in tax relief claimed back for its clients.
The firm, which selected Warrington for its Northern hub in 2015, has now helped recuperate £1m for businesses in the region.
However, R&D Tax Claims said a misconception still exists that R&D tax relief is only relevant or applicable to multi-nationals, and that in fact thousands of smaller businesses have projects that would qualify.
The company’s director for the North West, Pamela Cunliffe, has worked with enterprises across a variety of sectors.
Reflecting on the last 12 months, Pamela commented: “I am delighted to have hit such a milestone in this short amount of time heading up R&D Tax Claims (North) Limited.
“Being able to offer the opportunity for more companies in the North to benefit from the R&D reclaim scheme is incredibly rewarding, so here’s to more millions in the future for the region’s SMEs!”
