Arville prepares for TechTextil following period of growth
Preparation is underway at Arville’s headquarters in Wetherby as the technical textiles specialist announces its presence at the forthcoming Techtextil event.
Following a period of continued growth across a range of industry sectors including automotive, aerospace, defence and filtration, the 2017 event at Messe Frankfurt will see Arville’s showcase featured at a brand new location in Hall 3.1, stand B53.
Arville’s knowledgeable team of specialists will be on hand to ensure delegates are aware of the company’s latest innovations within technical textile design, weaving, finishing, coating and fabrication.
With Arville’s ever-advancing manufacturing capabilities constantly pushing new boundaries when it comes to high performance characteristics such as durability, strength, chemical/heat/flame resistance, lightweighting and cost-reduction, this presents a unique opportunity for visitors to discuss their individual textile requirements on a face-to-face basis.
Commenting on the upcoming event, Arville spokesperson Andy Smith said: “Some customers know exactly what they require, whereas others are typically held back because they simply don’t know what’s feasible. That’s why we’re encouraging visitors to come and talk to us, however complex, unusual or budget constrained their needs. We have tackled incredibly difficult projects, with an established customer-base in more than 50 countries worldwide, which is why this is a great chance to explore new ground and discuss how high performance fabrics can be developed.”
The 2017 TechTextil event follows a significant period of development for the UK-based textiles specialist. The company recently completed a £1m upgrade of its fabric coating plant following a two-year project to overhaul the site. A new stenter line doubled the finishing capacity at Arville’s weaving plant and the installation of a five-figure laser flatbed cutting table has improved the speed and quality of Arville’s fabrication capabilities.
Andy concludes: “We’re continually investing in processes, cutting-edge machinery and people, which translates into increasingly more advanced solutions for our customers. We’ve also got further investments planned for the next 24 months, which will be mirrored by the ongoing growth of our multi-disciplined textiles team.”
Arville won’t just be attending Techtextil in an exhibitor capacity. With an extensive portfolio of yarns and equipment sourced from a trusted global network, this will also prove to be an opportunity to collaborate with key suppliers and discuss further specialist projects.
Techtextil will take place at Messe Frankfurt from 9-12th May. Pre-registration is encouraged via the event website.
