Radleigh welcomes homebuyers to Brindley Park with hamper
Leading Midlands housebuilder Radleigh Homes has teamed up with Betty’s Farm Shop in Willington to provide homebuyers with a special treat when they move onto its exclusive new development in Chellaston.
Radleigh, which currently has eight new schemes across the region, has partnered with Betty’s Farm Shop to provide an exclusive welcome hamper of locally sourced, free-range foods to every homebuyer at its new Brindley Park development off Woodgate Drive in Chellaston.
The gourmet hamper contains a selection of locally sourced products including apple juice, sausages, eggs, butter, muesli, pasta, pasta sauce, cake, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk.
Brindley Park features an outstanding collection of just 54 three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached family homes, located in the highly sought after village of Chellaston.
It offers homebuyers the luxury of enjoying village life on the outskirts of the city. The development has its own unique community feel, with lots of green open spaces and a well-equipped play park and a whole host of other amenities close by.
Commenting on providing the welcome hampers and Radleigh’s partnership with Betty’s Farm Shop, Danielle Gadsby, marketing co-ordinator at Radleigh Homes, said:
“We pride ourselves on giving homebuyers support every step of the way and it’s important to us that the house move itself runs as smoothly as possible too.
“Teaming up with Betty’s Farm Shop has enabled us to give new homeowners a really nice selection of high quality, free-range products to get them through those stressful first few days.
“We hope the welcome hamper will help people get on their feet as soon as they move into their new home. Thanks to everyone at Betty’s Farm shop for supplying us with such a fantastic range of products, which are all sourced locally,” added Danielle.
Helen Jarvis, operations manager at Betty’s Farm Shop, added:
“After a busy day moving heavy boxes and unloading furniture into your new home, the last thing you want to do is worry about shopping for food for dinner and breakfast the next day – so that’s where we come in.
“We are proud to be associated with Radleigh Homes, a local business which shares our ethos of providing a quality service, and we’re delighted to be able to help new homeowners at Brindley Park settle into their new homes.”
Rated as one of the top 15 areas in England to raise children, Chellaston puts homebuyers at the heart of village life, but with great road links to Derby, Nottingham and Leicester via the A50 and M1.
Known locally for its commitment to locally sourced products and high levels of animal welfare, Betty’s Farm provides a wide selection of high quality products throughout its shop, ensuring locals can enjoy organic food that is sourced from farms nearby.
Betty’s Farm Shop has grown from selling eggs on a pasting table on a Saturday to being a finalist in the Derbyshire Life Farm Shop of the Year awards. It stocks bread made in Derbyshire, chocolate from Burton, and a selection of sausage rolls, scotch eggs, and pork pies made on site.
With more than three decades of home-building experience in the East Midlands, Radleigh Homes has established an unrivalled reputation for combining stunning design with highly sought after locations to create vibrant and exciting communities.
The company participates in the government’s ‘Help to Buy’ scheme, which enables buyers to purchase a house with just a 5% deposit – making the aspiration of a new home achievable for many.
Radleigh also offers buyers the chance to reserve their new home before they’ve sold their existing one, with its innovative Radleigh ‘One Move’ initiative, alongside a part-exchange scheme.
The marketing suite on the site is now open seven days a week. Opening times are Friday to Wednesday 10.30am until 5pm, with a late night on Thursdays, 10am until 7pm.
