Bromley developer secures seven-figure funding for pair of mixed-used schemes
A pair of mixed-use developments have got underway after developers Deco Design and Build Co secured seven-figure funding for the two schemes.
The Bromley-based developer has started construction at the sites in Catford and Crystal Palace that combined will deliver 16 residential units along with much-needed commercial office space in south east London.
The first scheme, which is earmarked for a Spring 2018 completion, is located on Doggett Road in Catford and will see the construction of a four-story building offering commercial office space on its ground floor along with nine residential units over the remaining three floors.
The second project at Westow Hill in Crystal Palace, which is also underway, includes nine residential properties as well as a shared communal landscaped area and space for local businesses with a May 2017 completion date.
Marco Williams, Director of Deco Design and Build Co Limited said: “We have enjoyed a good year in 2016 and are delighted to announce that work has begun on two new developments in South East London.”
Mike Flannery, Relationship Director at Royal Bank of Scotland Real Estate Finance, which provided the seven-figure funding deal to enable the two projects, said: “Marco and the team are once again delivering two exciting projects that offer contemporary living that will appeal to a variety of homebuyers together with good quality commercial space. I am very happy to be supporting the Deco Design and Build Co Limited team.”
