Inprova Energy expands senior management team
Warrington headquartered Inprova Energy has expanded its senior management team with the appointment of Richard Smith as Director of Business Strategy.
This is the second director-level appointment of 2017 and is part of Inprova’s ambitious growth strategy.
Smith joins Inprova from Mitie Technical Facilities Management, where he was Energy and Controls Director. Previously, he held senior roles at Veolia, Honeywell and Balfour Beatty.
Michael Dent, Managing Director of Inprova Energy said: “Richard is an experienced and versatile senior manager with huge knowledge of the energy sector. Inprova Energy was launched as the energy division of Inprova Group in 2016, bringing together three of the UK’s leading energy consultancies.
The company, which is headquartered in Birchwood, has offices across England and Wales and a US operation. Its clients include Virgin Atlantic, National Grid, Carlsberg, Hotel du Vin Malmaison, Village Urban Resorts and retail groups White Stuff and Schuh.
Inprova specialises in energy and water auditing and management, business energy purchasing and analysis, carbon reduction and reporting, and legislative compliance.
