Cumbrian signmaker Ast Signs establishes Warrington base
Cumbrian signage and transport branding firm Ast Signs is expanding south with a new site in Warrington.
The Penrith-headquartered company’s new facility in Cheshire will offer fittings, consultations, corporate meetings and appointments for clients in the county and surrounding areas.
Ast Signs said it chose Warrington for the city’s proximity to key Northern infrastructure links, including the M6 Motorway and West-Coast Mainline, as well as key Northern Powerhouse cities Manchester and Liverpool.
Ast Signs MD Mark Aston said: “The opening of our new Warrington office is a cornerstone moment in the expansion of Ast Signs on a national scale.
“We’ve chosen Warrington as the location of the office to make ourselves even more accessible to our national customers up and down the country.”
Since its launch in 2003 the company has worked with a number of national brands, including Eddie Stobart, Tesco, Royal Mail, Müller Wiseman.
More recently, Ast Signs provided signage for bakery chain Greggs.
In addition to signage and vehicle wrapping, the firm designs and manufactures wall wraps and artwork for corporate environments.
