82 new homes coming soon to Bristol
Construction work has started on an exclusive new residential development in Bristol.
A copse of trees is being removed before ground works can begin on land three miles from Bristol city centre in Hengrove off Willis Way.
The development, to be known as Imperial Park, will comprise a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom homes. A sales presence expected in March with the first plots ready to move into by the summer.
Steve Roche, managing director for Persimmon Homes Severn Valley, said: “This site is in a great location and our plans will ensure that a range of homes are developed to support the demand in the area.
“We’ve been actively building homes in Bristol for a number of years and this latest deal is a testament to our commitment to further extending our operations.
“Persimmon Homes has a great reputation for delivering quality, affordable homes and we’re sure the local community will benefit from the increased number of houses available.”
Imperial Park is located within a short walking distance of Imperial Retail Park, which has a great selection of shops and eateries. Many leisure facilities are also close by including Bristol City football club, a cinema, Knowle Golf Club and Hengrove Leisure Park.
