86% Success Rate at South Yorkshire Property Auction
The results are in for another successful IAM Sold auction in South Yorkshire. The auction, held on Thursday 16th February at the New York Stadium, achieved an 86% success rate selling 32 of the 37 lots available. Altogether an outstanding £2,444,500 was raised in sales.
Among the properties sold at auction were:
9 St. Johns Road, Laughton-en-le-Morthen - A beautiful 18th Century stone built cottage in a historic rural setting sold for £167,500, £18,500 over the starting price.
388 Gleadless Road, Sheffield - A 3 bedroom mid-terraced house requiring cosmetic renovation sold for £82,000, £14,500 over the starting price.
29 Serlby Lane, Harthill - A 3 bedroomed detached house sitting on a sizable plot with development potential sold for an impressive £270,000.
