Learning Curve Group to add 15 recruits after scooping IIP Gold
Bishop Auckland and Hartlepool-based skills training specialists, Learning Curve Group, hope to use their newly awarded Investors in People Gold status as the launchpad for a recruitment drive to expand their senior team.
As the business joins the top 13% of accredited organisations across the UK, they are looking to add a range of roles including director level opportunities as the company seeks to add a further 15 new faces to their team.
Learning Curve Group (LCG) is a provider of award winning training and work-based learning and also has a dedicated recruitment arm. Their extensive training portfolio includes apprenticeships, distance learning qualifications, vocational training and recruitment.
Founded in 2004, LCG works directly with over 50,000 learner and 4,000 businesses per year and they have now grown to over 270 employees and 400 associates across their 9 centres.
