AGR Development Awards Winners Unveiled

The Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) announced the winners of its annual Development Awards at a conference yesterday (14 March 2017) in London.

IBM took the overall crown of Best of the Best as well as the award for Best School-leaver and Apprentice Development Programme. The company was commended by the judges for “having the most holistic approach with a strong emphasis on longevity and measuring the impact of the programme”.

Hundreds of student recruitment and development professionals attended the awards ceremony as part of the day-long AGR Development Conference.

Stephen Isherwood, Chief Executive at the AGR said: “recognise and reward organisations committed to training and developing early talent. Congratulations to this year’s winners. They showed real innovation in practice as well as highlighted the importance of development programmes in bringing high performing graduates through the business. They demonstrated that thoroughness of approach and business buy-in are essential to success.”

  • Supplier Contribution Award - The Smarty Train (HSBC RBWM)
