North Yorkshire housing development almost sold out
Local housebuilder, David Wilson Homes, has recorded massive sales success at its Castlegate development in Northallerton, with local buyers purchasing the majority of the houses available. As part of this success, 83% of properties have now sold on the development, highlighting that local buyers are continuing to prosper from the Help to Buy scheme.
These beautiful homes have from two to five bedrooms, and being situated in the thriving market town of Northallerton, it’s fast becoming the newest living hot spot in North Yorkshire. Whilst being part of this bustling town, the development is nestled between two of the region’s most well-known National Parks: North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales, giving residents the best of both worlds.
Whilst there are amenities on the development’s doorstep, the impressive road and rail links allows locals and commuters to travel to nearby cities such as Leeds, Harrogate, Newcastle and York with ease. These popular homes are perfect for those families looking to take the next step on the property ladder without having to compromise on the location.
Chris Neal, Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East, commented: “With the impressive location of the Castlegate development, we’re not surprised that the houses have proved to be exceptionally popular. With the majority of buyers using the Help to Buy and Part Exchange offers, we expect to see the remaining properties sell fast. We’d like to invite anyone who is interested to come and look around the development for themselves before the last home is snapped up.”
