Newcastle's Silvertsone completes £2.5m Alnwick residential development
Newcastle-based Silvertsone Building Consultancy has completed a £2.5m residential development in Alnwick.
The Northumberland-based developer, which secured planning permission for the scheme in 2015, has erected 15 new homes on the site of the former Thomas Percy School on Blakelaw Road.
Louise Stewart, associate director of Silverstone said: “We are delighted to have co-ordinated the successful delivery of Thomas Percy Close on behalf of Lindisfarne Homes.
“Over 85% of the houses are already sold, which is testament to the quality of the build and the location.
“At Silverstone we are looking to build our client-base in the residential sector and look forward to working on more projects of this kind”.
Nick Dawe, director of Lindisfarne Homes added: “We are very grateful to Silverstone Building Consultancy and Tolent Living, who have done a fantastic job of delivering this scheme to the required specifications and within budget.
“The development has proven to be very popular with only two homes remaining, so we are delighted with the results.”
