Watson Burton advises on trio of international investment deals
Newcastle-headquartered law firm Watson Burton has advised on a trio of investment deals, totaling over $11m, for London-based investment management and advisory company Arie Capital Ltd.
Watson Burton’s team provided all round legal support to Arie Capital which organised investments on behalf of Singapore-based Golden Arie Hi Tech Investments Pte Ltd, a technology-oriented company focusing on connectivity, mobile and data transmission innovative technologies.
