It's Not Just Fertile Soil at Imagine Park

A flourishing Liverpool residential development is celebrating an unprecedented “baby boom” – with 2016 seeing 16 new arrivals make Imagine Park their first home – including a set of twin boys and a home birth on site!

Championing the trend of new babies on the Mersey is Imagine Park’s very own sales advisor, Louise Carey, who also gave birth in October last year.

Local housebuilder, Barratt Homes, is thrilled about the pitter-patter of the many tiny feet, and invited the next generation and their parents to celebrate Imagine Park’s ever growing “family”.

New-born VIP guests included Alesha, Ella, Felix and Holly-Rose along with their proud parents.

All of the VIPs were brought into the world at Liverpool’s Women’s Hospital with Alesha and Nicholas being born just 2 days apart.

For sales advisor Joanne, it comes as no surprise that Imagine Park has filled 75% of its homes with happy families in less than four years.

Joanne says: ’Imagine Park is ideal for growing families, and it’s wonderful to see the community growing so quickly. The babies are beautiful and it’s an absolute delight to see people of all ages so happy here.

“Not only is it very close to good schools, it is also great for fun family days out, with Speke Hall and Gardens and Knowsley Safari Park right on the doorstep.’

Many of Imagine Park’s residents have used Help to Buy or Part Exchange to buy their dream homes. The schemes are designed to help both those taking their first step on the property ladder and those selling their homes to move onto pastures new.

Imagine Park is a stunning, family-friendly development with a wide variety of open spaces to be enjoyed. The development is made up of one, two, three and four bedroom family homes. There are currently three and four bedroom homes available with ten different house types and layouts.

Situated a short drive away from the centre of Liverpool, the development is conveniently located in Speke, which enjoys fantastic schools and a great mix of independent and high street shops and eateries. It also boasts easily accessible transport links via train, motorway and Liverpool John Lennon airport.
