Local housebuilder reports sales success at Durham development
Local housebuilder, David Wilson Homes North East, has reported high sales rates for The Drive at Mount Oswald on South Road in Durham, following the opening of its sales centre earlier this year. The Drive at Mount Oswald has already seen reservations on over half of the plots in the first release of homes, with several of the properties bought through David Wilson Homes’ Part Exchange scheme.
The Drive at Mount Oswald boasts a range of luxury three and four bedroom properties surrounded by the stunning Durham countryside, with the homes that overlook green spaces proving extremely popular with buyers. The development also offers good value for money for its desirable location, with the Ashurst home available to buy from just £248,995.
Steven Ball, Sales Manager at The Drive, commented:
“We have been overwhelmed with the level of interest The Drive at Mount Oswald has generated so far, with over half of the homes in the first phase reserved in its opening months and continued high levels of interest in the remaining properties. The surrounding space here is truly beautiful and I would strongly advise prospective homebuyers to act quickly and pay the development a visit to secure their dream home, as we’re anticipating this high demand will continue as we release more homes.”
