Success to continue with show apartment launch
Local housebuilder, Barratt Homes, has reported tremendous success at its Evolution development in Rotherham, with many buyers already purchasing off plan apartments in the new community at Waverley. Saturday 29th April will see the launch of Evolution’s new show apartment with crowds of prospective buyers expected to flock to the development, and Barratt is encouraging homebuyers to visit before these new homes are snapped up.
Perfect for those looking to get a foot on the property ladder, Evolution’s apartments have proven extremely popular with first time buyers and those taking advantage of the government’s Help to Buy scheme, with almost 40% sold as a result of the initiative. With the launch of the new show apartment this weekend, Debbie Land, who was recently awarded Barratt Homes’ Sales Adviser of the Quarter accolade, is expecting the remaining homes to be purchased very quickly.
Debbie, who works in the sales office at Evolution, commented:
“The demand for the apartments at Evolution has been brilliant, with this only set to continue with the launch of the show apartment this weekend. The development is perfect for first time buyers, offering spacious, modern two-bed apartments just five miles from Sheffield and Rotherham. Many have bought properties off plan, so with the show apartment available to view, we expect the remaining properties to sell quickly!”
Potential buyers visiting the development from Saturday will be able to view the new Buttermere show apartment, which includes two generously sized double bedrooms and a large open-plan living space with integrated appliances in the kitchen included.
Barratt Homes is building a selection of stylish homes at developments across the region. For more information about Barratt Homes visit www.barratthomes.co.uk.
