Liverpool legend to host charity’s sportsman dinner
The Brain Charity has teamed up with Liverpool legend Alan Kennedy to put on a top-flight evening of entertainment for their first ever sportsman’s dinner.
Fans will be coming from all over to hear Alan share some of his favourite stories and anecdotes from his days at Liverpool Football Club. Alan, who had over 250 caps for the Reds, played a vital role in Liverpool’s domestic and European domination in the 70s and 80s.
As well as hearing from Alan, the evening will include a superb two-course dinner, fantastic comedy from home-grown Liverpudlian comedian Frankie Allen, and fabulous compering from Roger ‘The Wingwalker’ Devonside.
Attendees are also in with the chance of winning some unique and exclusive sporting prizes and signed memorabilia in our raffle.
The Brain Charity’s Sportsman’s Dinner will take place at Liverpool Cricket Ground in Aigburth on Saturday 20th May 2017, kicking off at around 7pm. Tickets are just £30. The dress code is smart but not too formal.
All proceeds go to fund the life changing work carried out by The Brain Charity, offering emotional support, practical help and social activities to anyone with a neurological condition and to their friends, families and carers.
Tickets are also available from the website shop: www.thebraincharity.org.uk/shop/ tickets
