Aire Valley Homes Are An Immediate Hit
LEADING estate agent Dacre, Son & Hartley has successfully sold all but one home at two small-scale and highly exclusive new homes developments, in sought after locations within the Aire Valley, on behalf of Arncliffe Homes.
The Yorkshire based developer is building four, five bedroom detached homes in the picturesque village of East Morton. Three of the homes at the development, known as Highfields, have already sold off-plan leaving just one property available for sale.
The remaining property offers a high quality fully fitted kitchen including Bosch appliances, ensuite facilities to the master bedroom, handy utility room and energy efficient heating system. The home is priced at £399,995 and benefits from a generous driveway offering ample parking, a garage and landscaped front and back gardens.
In addition, Dacre, Son & Hartley has sold all ten homes at The Fairways at Hazel Beck in Bingley. All the three, four and five bedroom, detached homes sold within a matter of months of being brought to the market by Dacres.
Steven Potts, a Director at Dacre, Son & Hartley who heads up the firm’s Bingley office, explains: “New homes in the Aire Valley, built to such a high specification and quality, are relatively rare so these two developments have been hugely popular, with the vast majority of homes selling off-plan before work completed. There’s already plenty of interest in the last remaining home at Highfields, so it’s unlikely to be on the market for long.
“The success of these developments is also reflected in the wider market in Bingley and its surrounding areas. There are a lot of active buyers searching in the local area and a major shortage of housing stock on the market, so there’s plenty of demand for well-presented homes that are realistically priced throughout the area.”
