‘Better’ branding for top Teesside legal firm
Middlesbrough-based brand agency, Better, has completed a major project for Endeavour Partnership, one of the North East’s leading legal firms.
The two companies joined forces to work on the re-development of Endeavour’s brand to assist with its continued growth.
Endeavour Partnership, which now has a growing team of 50, has a reputation spanning over 15 years and has continued to grow at its base at Teesdale in Stockton.
Better used its ‘BetterBrandBuilder’ to develop Endeavour’s new brand which includes a new brand identity, key company messages and supporting marketing tools such as a new website which will be used to increase digital marketing activity.
The story of the re-development of Endeavour’s new brand was launched at Tees Valley Business Club’s event at Rockliffe Hal at the end of April.
The BetterBrandBuilder is a business tool developed in-house at Better and used by dozens of companies around the North East to improve their brand communications. Demand for the service has grown by around 50% in the last year and Better is now working on brand development for high profile businesses including Active Financial, Baltic Training, Red House School and MyFirmsApp, to name a few.
Paul Bury, managing partner at Endeavour Partnership, said: “Our firm is at a crucial stage in its development as 2016 saw us exceed our growth expectations. Therefore, it’s important that our brand reflects our plans and showcases what we do and how we do it. The team at Better have done an incredible job of defining and creating our new brand story which is already having an impact on every part of the firm, from business development to recruitment.”
Better specialises in brand, design, web and digital marketing and last year increased its team from ten to 14 and office space from 1000 to 1500 square feet. The business was established in 2008 and has continued to grow working with clients around the UK including PD Ports, NHS England, the North East Chamber of Commerce, Northumbria University, Anderson Barrowcliff, Growthfunders and author of ‘The Other Boleyn Girl’, Philippa Gregory, to name a few.
Managing director, Mark Easby, said: “Endeavour has a long-standing reputation in the North East’s legal field but required a new brand identity to assist with its growth plans across the region in a competitive marketplace. We worked closely with the team across the firm to understand and uncover their service offer, differentiators and growth plans. We then used this insight to redevelop Endeavour’s more reflective and authentic new brand.
“It’s very encouraging to see that it’s already proving a success and we were very excited to launch the new brand at the recent Tees Valley Business Club event.”
