Global professional services firm to move in Leeds' 5 Wellington Place
Willis Towers Watson, a global professional services company, is set to move into 5, Wellington Place in Leeds city centre.
The Leeds office agency team at CBRE secured a new 10 year lease from landlord MEPC.
Willis Towers Watson will occupy two floors at MEPC’s 5 Wellington Place comprising 26,000 sq ft at 3rd & 4th floor level.
5, Wellington Place comprises seven floors of brand new Grade A open-plan office space, offering flexible working environments, with secure on-site parking.
The property is located on the junction of Northern Street and Whitehall Road at the gateway to Leeds’ new business district and is just minutes from the city’s retail and leisure offer.
Access to the building is via the property’s own pedestrian boulevard and car drop-off zone.
Jonathan Shires, senior director for the office agency team at CBRE Leeds, said: “We were delighted to assist Willis Towers Watson with the search and acquisition of their new Leeds home at Wellington Place.
“The scheme’s wider amenities and customer care were key decision making criteria and the move allows all staff to be under one roof.”
JLL and Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord MEPC.
