Morley Estate Agency Celebrates First Anniversary
LEADING estate agent Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Morley office has enjoyed a hugely successful first 12 months, after bringing in excess of £12million worth of property to the market and creating several jobs in the town.
The office, located in a prominent position on Queen Street, opened in May 2016 and took Dacre, Son & Hartley’s branch network to 20, spread across key towns throughout West and North Yorkshire.
The Morley team is headed up by local property expert Gavin Townsend and has enjoyed a number of notable successes in its first 12 months. These include launching seven days a week opening and securing a place amongst the top 5% of estate agents offices in the country on AllAgents.co.uk, which is the UK’s largest review website for the property industry.
To celebrate its first anniversary, anyone who sells a property with the office before 30th September 2017 will receive £100 worth of White Rose Centre vouchers. The office is also running a free to enter prize draw, which closes on 31st May 2017, where someone will win an additional £200 worth of vouchers to spend in the acclaimed shopping centre.
Gavin says: “Our first 12 months has completely outstripped our expectations and been hugely successful. We’re now marketing a wide range of quality properties, ranging from large detached family homes through to many of the area’s traditional terraced houses and smart apartments, as well as attracting some fantastic reviews for our work, which is a wonderful endorsement. We’re looking forward to building on this further over the coming months.”
Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential sales at Dacre, Son & Hartley says: “Our extensive range of services, including surveying and financial services, as well as our ability to market homes across our wide spanning branch network, have proved hugely popular with buyers and sellers alike in Morley and its surrounding areas. We’re delighted with how the first year has gone in the town and the strong foothold that it has given us in the thriving South Leeds market.”
