Sarah goes the extra mile in Wiltshire

Throughout New Homes Week Barratt Homes shone a light on the local people who are helping to bring new homes to Wiltshire.

The five-star housebuilder is applauding the shining stars who work behind the scenes to ensure the region’s new communities are a success.

And in Westbury it’s not just Barratt Homes which is celebrating the work of one of its members of staff. Sarah Bridge has also received praise from customers after going the extra mile at the company’s White Horse View development.

Sarah, who works as a sales adviser for Barratt Homes, is known for going above and beyond to ensure residents get a five-star experience when they buy a new home. She often calls in on people once they have moved in to check everything is ok and see if there is anything else they need.

Residents Kieron and Lorraine Pinchin, who bought a new home at White Horse View last year, are among those raising a glass to Sarah during New Homes Week. Kieron said: “She is always so happy and bubbly, and goes above and beyond the norm to solve any issue. We feel that we have definitely bought a five star house, from a five star builder, with five star sales and after service.”

Andrea Pilgrim, sales director at Barratt Homes, said: “Creating a brand-new community is no mean feat – it takes meticulous planning, attention to detail and hard work. New Homes Week is the perfect time to celebrate the people working tirelessly behind the scenes to make this happen.

“Sarah is a shining example of how our employees go the extra mile and we couldn’t be more proud of her.”

New Homes Week, organised by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) aims to highlight the many reasons why purchasing a new build is a great option for buyers.
