Xero Help from 360 Chartered Accountants

360 Chartered Accountants are urging business owners to attend their next popular Saturday morning surgery to learn how cloud accounting can simplify the running of their financial affairs.

As the region’s only gold-accredited Xero provider, the Hull and East Yorkshire-based firm say that they are getting more and more enquiries about how to use the software to its full effect.

Paul Robinson, 360’s Senior Xero-certified adviser, said:

“Unlike many online accounts packages, it’s been written specifically for use over the internet and by mobile phones. That’s why so many people are turning to it. However, we are finding that they’re struggling to use it properly or they simply don’t fully understand everything they can do with it. When they’ve approached their own accountants for help, they don’t know how to advise them because they’re not familiar with the software.

“We’ve been using and supporting Xero for seven years now and our Saturday surgery is an ideal opportunity for both clients and non-clients, whether they’re experienced Xero users or beginners, to come along and get some free help and advice.”

As everything is stored in the cloud, Xero allows users to log in online at any time, day or night, to see up-to-date business financial information no matter where they are in the world. People can also create professional invoices on the move, handle personal expenses, approve receipts and view and share interactive reports and budgets in real time. What’s even more impressive is that it automatically reconciles bank transactions.

The 360 “Saturday Surgery” Xero Workshop will take place on Saturday 3rd June 2017 at 360’s headquarters on Albion Street in Hull. Experts will be on hand to give a free demo, answer any queries you may have and to offer some top tips to maximise your usage of the software. There’s no need to make an appointment.
