Bradford business park welcomes two new companies
Commercial property developer Frank Marshall Estates has welcomed two new lettings at Newhall Business Park in Bradford.
Kokoon, a multi-discipline graphics, sign making and digital printer, has signed a ten-year lease for unit 4 on the business park, which offers 7,500 sq ft of industrial and trade counter space.
The lease of the unit follows on from Candy Hero, which sells confectionery and groceries imported from around the world, agreeing a ten-year on an 11,500 sq ft unit at the site.
As well as the most recent deals, further lettings have been completed at the site with Wilkies Flooring and Eric Wrights taking the site to being two thirds let, with just four units remaining.
Each of the leases were advised on by Simon Mydlowski of Gordons LLP, Jonathan O’Connor of chartered surveyors Walker Singleton and John Padgett of Eddisons.
Edward Marshall, who owns Frank Marshall Estates along with Jimmy Marshall, said: “We are very happy that interest in commercial units at Newhall Business Park remains strong.
“The latest leases mean we only have four units remaining and we are in advanced discussions with potential new occupiers.
“The state-of-the-art units available at the site can be easily adapted to the unique needs of individual business and provide the very best facilities for growing companies.
“The advice and guidance we have received from Walker Singleton, Eddisons and Gordons on these lease deals has been invaluable and we are looking forward to completing further deals which will see the business park fully occupied in the near future.”
Newhall Business Park is located to the south of Bradford city centre close to the M606.
Gordons has offices in Leeds and Bradford and employs 196 people.
