Revealed: The world-renowned chef serving up Michelin-quality food at Tottenham Hotspur's new stadium

Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur have announced alongside their official catering partner Levy Restaurants UK that the Roux family will be bringing their fine dining cuisine to its new stadium.

The glitzy ground has already been heralded as a game-changer for corporate and premium packages, and now the 61,000-seater venue is to get Michelin-calibre food overseen by the Roux family, including TV chef Michel Roux Jr.

According to the North London club, Albert, Michel Jr and Emily will be personally overseeing the fine dining experience, overseeing every aspect of food delivery at Tottenham’s On Four lounges and suites in what the club is describing as a ‘new benchmark’ for corporate hospitality.

One member of the Roux family will be personally present at 12 games per season once the stadium opens for the 2019/2020 season, while the remaining home games will see celebrated and up and coming chefs crafting the menu and dining experience.

Michel Roux Jr, said: “We’re excited to embark on this new venture with Tottenham Hotspur and look forward to delivering our fine dining to their customers On Four.

“This is the first time we have partnered with a sports stadium and it is marvellous that we will be involved in such an iconic new venue.

“We have already been involved in the design of the kitchens within the new stadium and look forward to developing our menus for guests to enjoy in The H Club, Super Suites and Loge On Four.”

Andy O’Sullivan, Director of Hospitality, Tottenham Hotspur, added: “We are delighted to be working with Levy Restaurants to bring the Roux family on board to further enhance the first class premium offering we will be making at our new stadium.

“This is the latest example of the commitment that the Club is showing in delivering what will be London’s best sports and entertainment venue in every aspect from general admission to premium.”
