Countryside Appoints Kevin Brogan
Home builder Countryside is laying the foundations for its Midlands expansion with the appointment of a regional Sales Manager, Kevin Brogan.
With over 20 years of experience within the property sector, Kevin will play a crucial role in the creation and expansion of Countryside’s Midlands portfolio by providing strong leadership and direction to the region’s growing sales team.
Based at the new Wolverhampton office, Kevin joins Countryside from Bellway Homes where he held the position of Senior Sales Consultant and then Sales Manager over the past five years.
Peter Vella comments: “Kevin will be a real asset to our team with his strong local knowledge and proven track record. It’s an exciting time for him to join us as we launch our first two developments and already have a number of others progressing through our land team. I am confident that Kevin will be instrumental in driving sales and delivering significant results for the business.”
Kevin added: “Countryside has a solid reputation built on its 55 years of house building and I’m looking forward to the new challenge of introducing Countryside to homebuyers in the Midlands. I believe Countryside will set the benchmark for new homes in this region with its consumer focused design, fantastic specification and its ability to create partnerships that help transform areas.”
Having recently opened its Wolverhampton office, Countryside has already launched two new developments in Smethwick and Cradley Heath - totaling 194 homes being made available on the open market.
