Leeds customer experience agency launches new London digital hub
Ewe, the Leeds-based customer experience agency, has opened a digital strategy and client support hub in London.
The new London office is located close to Google and Facebook’s UK headquarters in King’s Cross.
The opening of the office comes after Ewe posted a 35% increase in turnover to £1.35m during the last 12 months. This was built on securing a strong pipeline of work with a number of new business wins and existing business.
Steve Moncrieff, Ewe’s client strategy director, who will head up the new location, said: “Having enjoyed a year of strong and robust growth, it is the logical next step to open this office as a London presence will mean we can more easily support our clients based in and around London.
“An important aspect of the new hub is that it also puts our social and digital teams close to the leading digital & media companies in the city.
“Helping us build our collaborations with key influencers and integrate the latest insight and digital thinking in to our client’s customer experience campaigns.”
Ewe, previously known as PCD, has been established for more than 25 years and has clients including insurance and financial services companies Aviva, Congregational, LEBC and Morses Club; Nutribullet; and Travis Perkins, the builders’ merchant.
