Reality HR Appoints new HR Consultant
With the business continuing to grow from strength-to-strength, Basingstoke-based Reality HR has appointed a new experienced HR Consultant to support its growing client base.
Kathryn is an ‘all round’ HR professional having started her HR career in the corporate world of banking, finance and IT services, before moving more recently into the Construction sector. She thrives on building effective, strong relationships at a senior level and enjoys designing and implementing talent and performance management systems, as well as helping managers to get the most out of their staff through engagement. As an HR Consultant, Kathryn will be working with a number of SMEs where she can help business leaders interpret employment law in a practical and cost effective way, ensuring that they do things properly to benefit both the company and the employees. She will also help them to understand their business plans and build strategic people plans to support it.
Kathryn, who lives near Newbury, is delighted with her new appointment, commenting: “Reality HR has a very good reputation in the HR industry and has a very sound client base. I am really looking forward to helping my clients grow their businesses through the HR function and assist them with the regular HR needs of appraisals and disciplinary matters, employment law advice, employee engagement programmes and talent management programmes.”
