Rimjhim Ispat's MD asks Engineering Graduates to Join His Steel Business
Yogesh Aggarwal, MD of Rimjhim Ispat believes that the Indian economy is in crisis due to the shortage of ingenious entrepreneurs. “At present, India’s economy needs first-generation entrepreneurs to generate jobs and revolutionary products, especially in the metal industry,” says the MD.
All things, just like goods and services, follow a demand and supply pattern. The same applies for entrepreneurship, although in a different way. Entrepreneurs have the potential to acquire investment by giving out ideas that spur development. There is a huge demand for entrepreneurism, though it isn’t consumed in the same way as smart phones, movies or pecuniary services. Supply has considerably abridged despite the overt need for more entrepreneurs.
The Managing Director of Rimjhim Ispat further states that the young entrepreneurs are more into cool things like e-commerce, mobile apps etc. But manufacturing sectors like steel are missed out. These industries too need the zeal and involvement of young blood.
Moreover, tax and regulatory policies often restrain the aspiring entrepreneurs from engaging in these industries. “Our policies need a systemic change that encourages the young entrepreneurs to succeed in the country’s pioneering economy,” adds Rimjhim Ispat MD.
But the actual setback is the absence of people planning to take up entrepreneurship. Today, most of them replace those on their deathbed. In this day, it is mostly eradication and negligible creation; almost everybody has narrowed into a shell and hardly anyone’s investing.
The key is to discover the best-fit people and encourage them to take a flyer in underrated industries like metal. It is the job creation in companies like Rimjhim Ispat Pvt Ltd, Hindalco Industries, Jindal Steel etc. that is making an impact on unemployment. Hence, government needs to modify trade policies so as to stimulate the growth of metal industry.
Also, Yogesh Aggarwal believes that entrepreneurship must become a doable option for people from unsound economic backgrounds. Entrepreneurism can transform the gap into financial liberty. We ought to focus on people that need the help to pursue their entrepreneurial endeavors.
Rimjhim Ispat MD further added, “I invite engineering graduates to join my steel business and take it to the next level with their commendable inputs.”
