Active Profile celebrates new property client wins
PR and marketing agency Active Profile has achieved further growth after having been appointed on two highly innovative property projects, based in Liverpool. Active Profile will implement services across these new accounts, including PR, marketing and placemaking communications, brand and identity work, and public consultation marketing and event management.
Kier Property and CTP have appointed Active Profile to provide event management support and marketing consultancy services for their ambitious, new regeneration plans for Pall Mall. The scheme aims to deliver 400,000 sq ft of office space, as well as associated green space and public realm in an area of the city which has been underutilised for more than 10 years.
The early consultation events for Pall Mall take place on the 5th and 6th July and are largely aimed at local residents and businesses, who are being invited to meet the team, ask any questions and provide feedback to help shape the plans for the scheme.
Proactive Property UK has also chosen to appoint Active Profile to work in partnership with the design and development team behind its new Tapestry scheme on Gildart Street, which is part of the emerging Fabric District. Active Profile has been working with developer, Jason Abbott to name, brand and position the scheme, which is already receiving a lot of interest from artists, creative and digital start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Nicky Hughes, associate director and head of property and regeneration at Active Profile, said: “We are thrilled to be appointed to work on these fantastic projects, which are both very different in terms of their offerings and requirements. These account wins are a great boost for the business and really complement our existing client base.
“It’s a really exciting time in the Liverpool City Region at the moment, with some key regeneration schemes coming forward and we are delighted to be working with many of them.”
Following an internal streamlining of the business, Active Profile has split its marketing and PR functions, and now has a team of sector specialists dedicated to property and regeneration. The team is headed up by Nicky Hughes and supported by Amy Hardman, who has recently been promoted to an account manager, along with Louis Almond, senior account executive, who joined the company from Frontier PR in May, and Joanna McClelland, PR assistant, who joined back in December.
