Industrial occupiers sought for refurbished units at Middlesbrough’s Riverside Park
Commercial property consultancy Dodds Brown LLP has brought 27,500 sq ft of space at Riverside Park Industrial Estate in Middlesbrough to market.
The Teesside-based company said the industrial and warehouse space is available in Unit 1 and Unit 8, comprising 16,962 sq ft and 10,636 sq ft respectively, at Raleigh Court.
Raleigh Court was acquired by property firm Leven Estates in September 2016.
Since then, the scheme has undergone a six-figure investment programme that included the refurbishment of Units 1 and 8.
Both units measure five metres at their eaves and include office accommodation.
According to Stephen Brown, senior partner at Dodds Brown, the space is suitable for industrial occupiers looking for workshop or storage facilities near major trunk routes and to central Middlesbrough.
Stephen commented: “There is a shortage of such flexible industrial / warehouse premises on Teesside.”
Other occupiers at Raleigh Court include construction services company Owen Pugh, wholesaler Park Electricals, Middlesbrough Council and Royal Mail.
