Four deals signed at Burnley Bridge see £50m first phase sold out
The £50m first phase of Burnley Bridge business park is now sold out.
The scheme, created by Leeds-based developer Eshton, saw four deals completed in the last month.
Expanding its operations on site, wholesaler Birchall Foodservice acquired a two-acre site next to its base at the 64,100 sq ft Cobalt Building.
At Burnley Bridge’s Magnesium Court, Rishton Properties Limited purchased a 6,500 sq ft unit, while Grape Developments Limited acquired the 6,500 sq ft trade counter unit currently let to Yesss Electrical.
A private investor purchased the last remaining 6,000 sq ft unit at Magnesium Court.
The deal hat-trick follows trucking firm Fagan & Whalley’s move to its new 92,000 sq ft at the business park last month.
James Chapman, managing director of Eshton, said: “Since Burnley Bridge was first announced, we have had strong and constant interest due to its fantastic location and quality accommodation.
“It’s great to see the first phase of our development sell out just as we start working on additional accommodation on Titanium Park and Burnley Bridge South sites, both of which will add another 42-acres to the business park.”
Burnley Bridge business park is located at Junction 9 of the M65.
