Future is here!!! The new technical invents that are about to change your old concept of life
Have you ever craved for the hi-tech gadgets shown in Sci-Fi Hollywood Films?? Well! I do.
The futuristic films feature the multiple complex gadgets and most commonly, flying cars. Now, you do not have to satisfy your urges by viewing them on-screen. The advanced technology is actually going to bring a few gadgets right to your home, if you have the budget to purchase them.
The tech giants are pooling their resources in the attempt to give us such experience in our daily life and some of them are already out in the market while few are expected to enter the scene some time later.
We need to dig deeper into these new gadgets for better understanding.
Let us have an insight into the much talked about 5 new tech products-
Samsung foldable smartphone- As per a recent report from Korea, Samsung is expected to unveil its much awaited foldable handset later this year. The phone will have a flexible display that folds open into a 7 inch tablet. Smartphone technology has already seen various chapters of innovation and currently the market has reached the ultimate point of saturation. All we see today are mere upgraded versions of existing smartphones. However, this new gadget has build up speculation and is likely to breathe a fresh air into the smart phone market since innovative designs always pull in fresh customers. Folding a device gives a smaller, portability benefit package to the users to carry around. The hidden factor is as the set unfolds, it doubles the size of the phone screen. Such an innovation is not void of hurdles though. But we can still expect to witness Samsung unfolds this new gadget sometime later this year.
Cicret Bracelet- A French company, called Circet, comprising of 4 members, came up with this unique futuristic concept way back in the year of 2014. This particular technology can convert your hand into a smart phone screen. Who does not wish for such a hi-tech gadget? They just have the prototype ready and already filed for their Patent Right. They announced the commencement of commercialization of this gadget by the end of 2016 or beginning of 2017, at The Wearable Technologies Conference 2016 held at Munich, Germany. However, the year 2017 has not yet seen such a gadget entering the market. If you Google on it, you see posts that clearly debunked them as impostors. We are yet to see the real picture.
Synthetic Food- We are standing at such a point of time, where the entire world is divided into exactly two halves. On one side, people are speaking about inventions and, on the other hand, we are witnessing major Global issues such as Global Warming, Depletion of natural resources, Greenhouse issues, Scarcity of land, fossil fuels, water, greenery, food etc. World population is rising exponentially and soon we will end up with practically no food to feed the many hungry stomachs. Technology has come up with the concept of synthetic food that will not only work as a supplement to the real food but will also carry the similar taste and the various life supporting minerals, proteins, vitamins etc. A start-up venture named New Wave Foods founded by Dominique Barnes and Michelle Wolf, have produced fake shrimps which is a combination of many plant and algae ingredients that give a similar shrimp like taste when you eat it. The best part is you will get all the nutrition that your body needs along with the shell fish allergy, that some eaters suffer from, component, is not imbibed into it. Other examples such as Memphis meat, Plant-based hamburgers, vegan egg whites made out of yeast from Clara Foods are some of the notable examples of how biotechnology has broken its backbone to get a solution that can meet the food crisis anytime in the distant future.
Flying Cars or Aeromobiles- Toyota’s flying car project has just successfully completed its first test flight. However, it has got quite a long journey to cover. This concept was in the market for quite sometime. But initially, flying car models comprised of a pair of wings attached to a regular car. Now, startups, car and aircraft manufacturers are pooling in more resources to cash on this concept taken straight out of Sci-Fi films like Avengers. Toyota’s prototype is based on the Drone technology, projecting a flight speed maximum of 62 mph (100 kmh) and is likely to travel at about 10 meters above the ground. The single seater aeromobile’s final version will measure about 9.5 by 4.3 feet, allowing the rider to take off and land almost anywhere. Toyota has plans to launch the first model in the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Games 2020. Let me remind you, that few aeromobils are already out in the market. In a recent report by Reuters, Slovakia based company, AeroMobil has released its designed flying car out for pre-orders at a high rate of 1.2 to 1.5 million euros and will begin shipping by the year 2020. Few other examples include names such as Dutch company Pal-V that has come up with a two-seater flying car, American company Terrafugia Transition, and many more.
Smart home with Internet of things- This is definitely not a brand new concept and has been doing the rounds for quite sometime. Other technologies such as Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence bear the sole purpose of enhancing our home experience, quite similar to the hi-tech films such as Iron Man. TheInternet of Things is expected to sync and connect all the electrical gadgets in a single string. WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee etc. seek to meet your smart home needs. However, this concept has not been fully implemented presently but we can expect it to become a reality pretty soon.
Summing Up
There are few other new invents that are most likely to create a hype soon are:
I watch- 2019 Wall-format display glass Smart Card
There are many other new gadgets out there in the market. I have mentioned only a couple of them.
