Triyoga is opening its fifth site in the capital in Shoreditch
Yoga and pilates brand Triyoga has signed on for a new site in the capital after working with agents Shelley Sandzer to secure a unit with Galliard Homes’ Fusion development.
The brand has taken a 5,787 sq ft unit that sits close to Shoreditch Highstreet tube station and Box Park Shoreditch, and will be Triyoga’s fifth site in the capital.
Boasting three studios and 126 classes, the new studio will join fellow London sites in Camden, Soho, Chelsea and Covent Garden and is pencilled in for an September/October opening.
The new site is also the second leisure concept at the mixed-used Fusion development, which includes residential accommodation on its upper floors and circa 18,000 sq ft PureGym in its basement and sub-basement.
Casey Phillips, Partner at Shelley Sandzer which assisted Triyoga in securing their Camden site in 2014, commented: “It’s been fantastic to follow this popular yoga and wellbeing brand in their growth across the capital. This is a brilliant Shoreditch location and it will be perfect for them.”
Adam Ratzker at Galliard Holdings added: “Shelley Sandzer has displayed a thorough understanding of both the area and the industry and succeeded in matching us up with the ideal tenant.
“Fusion is in close proximity to our new flagship mixed-use development The Stage, so we’re excited to see such an established experimental gym group go in and further bolster the offering in this buzzing new residential location.”
Shelley Sandzer acted for Galliard Holdings. Triyoga represented themselves in the deal.
