Entrepreneurial husband and wife duo launch Newcastle-based PR firm

Freelance North East PR consultant Rebecca Taylor has teamed up with her husband to launch Four Walls PR Ltd, a new agency targeting the property and built environment sectors.

Rebecca, who has specialised in the property industry for over 10 years now, says she hopes to continue carving her niche in the field alongside husband Simon, who too boasts an experienced background in property as a leader within Naylors Chartered Surveyors.

Based in Newcastle, the new firm has built up a network of specialist suppliers who it will work with to offer a fully integrated service including branding and design, digital marketing, photography & print.

The business will continue to work with established clients including Ravensworth Property Developments, HTA Real Estate, Roberts Environmental, Godfrey Syrett and Anvil Homes.

In addition to retained clients, Rebecca believes Four Walls PR can capitalise on opportunities brought about by new property developments in the region.

Rebecca, who started her career at UK Land Estates in 1999, said: “Carving out a niche has worked really well for me over the past 10 years, I have grown my client base organically through word of mouth and have retained many clients on a long-term basis.

“Working as an extension of their teams has helped me to understand my clients’ businesses inside out and this has been a key to success.

“After winning a number of new clients recently I am delighted to be joining forces with Simon in order to offer our clients a unique blend of public relations, marketing and property agency expertise so that they can benefit from our sector specific knowledge, experience and contacts.”

Co-director Simon Taylor, who also previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, added: “After nearly 20 years of working in commercial property agency I have been involved in the marketing and disposal of some of the region’s most high profile projects and bring this unique insight to the business.

“We believe that we are the only North East-based PR Consultancy to specialise solely in the property sector and offer this combination of skills.

“We aim to be the first port of call for investors and developers looking to promote their work in the North East as well as the professional teams involved from the design stage through to completion.”
