Yorkshire logistics firm signs astonishing three year deal
Yorkshire logistics firm Expect Distribution has signed a three year contract with cruelty-free cleaning product manufacturer Astonish.
Producing a range of over 70 household and laundry products from its headquarters near Bradford, Astonish neighbours Expect’s Premier Point HQ meaning that the businesses can work fluidly together.
The two companies have enjoyed a long working relationship, with Expect handling Astonish’s distribution needs for the past six years, moving approximately seven articulated lorry loads of goods per day.
The new deal is the result of the growth of both businesses and will see Expect Distribution handle all logistics and distribution of Astonish’s popular cleaning range.
The contract coincides with Astonish’s recent rebrand which will see the company’s new logo and new look, top selling products showcased across three Expect Distribution lorries to aid brand awareness across the country.
Neil Rushworth, Managing Director, said: “Two things are key for us at Expect; creating an industry-leading service and building long-term relationships.”
“We have done this with Howard at Astonish over many years and it’s terrific for us to be working with a brand that is well recognised for the quality of its products.”
Howard Moss, Managing Director of Astonish, added: “We are pleased to be continuing our partnership with Expect Distribution. The team understand our business and we recognise the benefits that their location and infrastructure brings to our organisation.
“The agreement comes at a very exciting time as we complete our rebrand and present to the market a whole new look and feel for our astonishing products, one that leverages the brand that we have been developing for the last 40 years. It certainly looks fantastic on the side of Expect’s distribution lorries.”
