Bond Dickinson advises REG on agreement to deliver two new wind farms in Scotland

National law firm Bond Dickinson has advised long standing client REG Power Management (REG) on its development arrangements with Irish utility ESB to deliver two new wind farms in Scotland.

REG, a developer, owner and operator of renewable energy projects, and ESB, the largest supplier of renewable electricity in Ireland, have entered into a Development Services Agreement spanning two concept-stage wind farms, Knockodhar and Greenburn.

It is anticipated that Knockodhar and Greenburn could together accommodate up to 65 turbines and have a combined capacity of approximately 200 MW.

The Bond Dickinson energy team advising REG on the transaction was led by Corporate partner Sebastian Briggs.
