New cocktail bar set to shake up Call Lane lineup in Leeds
A new cocktail bar is set to open in the heart of Leeds city centre’s nightlife scene, Call Lane.
After opening venues in Chester and Liverpool, Red Door is set to launch a brand new 200-capacity bar in the space previously occupied by Hirst’s Yard.
Red Door Leeds will be unveiled at the late August launch.
Red Door was launched back in 2010 by the late Living Ventures boss, Tim Bacon, along with Chester entrepreneur Dave Hinds and Liverpool-born cocktail virtuoso Lee Lynch.
Since then, the Chester and Liverpool bars have gone from strength-to-strength, with the latter becoming a celeb-spotting haunt, with a host of footballers and pop stars walking through the doors.
Lee Lynch, managing director, said: “We are majorly excited to bring Red Door to Leeds. There is such a great cocktail scene and some really cool bars, we think Red Door will fit right in.
“I was part of the team that opened Prohibition back in the day and I know people in Leeds can party. I believe Red Door will bring a new vibrancy to Call Lane and certainly shake things up.”
Red Door Leeds will officially open on Friday 25th August.
