York property management firm announces merger
Colenso Property Services LLP, the York-based specialist which deals with over £150m worth of assets, has merged with agency Reeves & Co to create Colenso.
The merger will continue to service and grow the Colenso property management and agency business across Yorkshire and the UK.
A new brand identity has also been announced as part of the deal, which will be visible across a new website and agency signage.
Charles Harrison, head of property management at Colenso, commented: “This is an exciting time for Colenso, as we look to continue moving forward on recent growth across our management and agency portfolio.”
Colenso is part of The Helmsley Group, a York-based property investment company. It currently manages property assets with tenants such as Virgin, Nike, Boots and Lloyds TSB.
