Record Results for County Show

Knutsford and central Manchester based design and marketing agency, Bella Design & Marketing (BDM) has reported record levels of media exposure for the Royal Cheshire County Show for the second year running.

BDM, PR and Marketing Partner to the event until 2019, executed a hugely successful PR, social media, e-commerce and marketing campaign for the June event, which saw 80,000 visitors flock to the show from across the UK.

“We are delighted with the level of exposure we gained for the Royal Cheshire County Show,” said BDM Account Director Tessa Blakemore. “We have a great relationship with the local and regional press, without whom this would not have been possible.”

The show, held at Tabley showground in the heart of Cheshire, received over 80 mentions in specialist agricultural, consumer and business press throughout the campaign. The BBC and ITV each sent presenters to broadcast content via TV and radio to listeners and viewers across the North West.

Following a period of sustained growth and key client wins, the Knutsford based creative agency has expanded significantly, with new Manchester offices and key appointments to the team.

On site throughout the 20-21st June event, the team from BDM operated a dedicated press area, arranging interviews for local and national media organisations, providing press packs and information to media representatives and liaising with Show organisers.
