Gluten-free doughnuts and superfood cocktails: Farm Girl opens at Soho's Sweaty Betty flagship store

Farm Girl, originally a Notting Hill cafe, has arrived in Soho with its launch of a concession in the new Sweaty Betty European flagship store at No.1 Carnaby Street.

London’s healthy, Australian-inspired cafe brings nutritional ingredients to the three-storey concept store, which offers fashion, food, fitness and beauty. Located on the first floor, Farm Girl provides breakfast and lunch designed for post-workouts or lunchtime breaks.

Farm Girl’s choices include breakfast bowls, gluten-free doughnuts and, for the first time ever at the cafe, a cocktail bar featuring superfood ingredients.

Diners are able to design their breakfast, lunch and smoothie bowls too. From frozen dragon fruit, coconut yoghurt and buckwheat, supplements like aloe vera, bee pollen and toppings of goji berries and date syrup can be added to the healthy mix.

Simply in a hurry and don’t have time? Well, busy customers can try the ‘Can’t Be Bothered’ menu, which is full of natural antioxidant ingredients such as kale, avocado and salmon.

Consumers will be able to purchase Farm Girl’s signature Super Lattes, as well as try the Soho cafe’s new feature - a cocktail bar open daily until 7.30pm.

Farm Girl was created by Rose Mann and Anthony Hood who share a passion for healthy lifestyles and travelling. Rose’s childhood was spent on a farm outside Melbourne, whilst Anthony grew up in Switzerland.

This launch of the new Sweaty Betty cafe in Soho is the first step in Farm Girl’s plans to expand the business. Rose and Anthony are looking to open their first standalone restaurant later this year.
