Liverpool FC plan Anfield update to mark Kenny Dalglish’s ‘immeasurable contribution’
Liverpool FC have today (September 22) submitted a planning application for changes to the Kenny Dalglish Stand.
The club are seeking permission from Liverpool City Council to update signage on the renamed Centenary Stand at Anfield.
The plans include the installation of illuminated signage and exterior graphics at the front of the stand.
According to a statement on the Reds’ website, the changes will commemorate Kenny’s “immeasurable contribution” to the club both on the field and off.
Liverpool are also looking to relocate and update the crest on the Kop, to bring it in line with the signage found in other parts of the stadium.
