Pulman SEAT top SEAT UK network once again

Pulman SEAT have won another award from SEAT UK this month. The Southwick based dealer has won the Overall Performance award for the first 6 months of this year, this continues from their fantastic success earlier this year when they were crowned 2016 SEAT Sales Retailer of the Year.

The 114 strong SEAT UK retailer network are measured on their performance across ten key areas, focusing on business performance, customer satisfaction in sales and aftersales and people development. Pulman SEAT have proven once again that they deliver a fantastic customer experience as they scored more than double the national average across all channels and have now been awarded top retailer for the first 6 months of 2017.

Alex Paget, General Sales Manager for Pulman SEAT comments: “I’m so proud of all the staff at Pulman SEAT. We’ve just celebrated our seventh anniversary as Pulman SEAT and each year we are getting stronger as a business. We’re always looking to exceed our customer expectations and deliver that fantastic Pulman experience. The feedback from our customers has been phenomenal and has once again helped us achieve national recognition. A big thank you to all our customers.”

SEAT UK measure retailers on not only how they perform in terms of sales but on the customer feedback for both sales and service as well as internal people development. It is through the Pulman core values of putting people first both in terms of employees and customers that has seen them achieve multiple awards.

Alex Paget has worked for SEAT for over 27 years, joining Alexandra Bridge Cars as a Sales Trainee to being recently promoted to General Sales Manager for Pulman SEAT just last month. He’s supported with his experienced management team of Lee Morris, Service Manager and Peter Laydon, Parts Manager. Chris Slater, Pulman Groups Sunderland Sites Manager commented: “Alex and his management team have huge experience with SEAT and they have built fantastic relationships with their customers. The team encompasses what it means to be part of the Pulman family. Helping customers and staff alike to be the best they can be, through mentoring and training via SEAT accredited programs. The staff always put customer first by going above and beyond.” Chris continues “We have a fantastic opportunity now to finish the year on a high and exceed our bronze award from 2016, the whole team at Pulman SEAT are focussed on winning retailer of the year 2017!”

It’s been an exciting year for SEAT already with the launch of their very first SUV the ATECA and the introduction of the all-new Ibiza. SEAT will also be launching a new SUV Crossover with the new SEAT Arona at the end of 2017. It is certainly an exciting time to be part of the Pulman SEAT family.
