Kames Capital appoints new letting agent in Leeds
Kames Capital, the specialist investment management business, has appointed property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall as joint letting agent on 2 City Walk, an office building in Leeds.
Around 21,250 sq ft of grade A office space will be available in the 64k sq ft multi-let building in autumn 2018. Sanderson Weatherall is to market the space alongside Knight Frank.
Ric Tsang, assistant fund manager at Kames Capital, commented: “With a strong reputation in the Leeds office market and refreshing approach to marketing, I’m pleased to have Richard and the team at Sanderson Weatherall on board as letting agents.”
Head of office agency at Sanderson Weatherall, Richard Dunn, said; “2 City Walk is a fantastic office building and has a great location in the city’s south bank area.
“There’s real demand from occupiers in the city for grade A office accommodation, and with limited space available at the moment we expect to see significant interest in 2 City Walk.”
Current occupiers at this location include William Hill, Aecom, HGF and Jacobs.
Sanderson Weatherall is an independently owned firm of UK Chartered Surveyors, property consultants and business asset advisors.
The company has offices in areas such as Birmingham, Bristol, London and Newcastle. The firm employs over 200 people and has a turnover of £15m.
