Connaught has won a major £4m contract to build on a London development
Mountfield Group plc, which provides construction support and property services to private and public sectors, and its subsidiary Connaught (CAF) has announced CAF’s half-yearly report amid a significant contract for a City of London office development.
Along with the half-yearly reported announced on September 12 2017, the further development is to include an installation of raised access flooring and other products. The contract has been awarded by a global construction firm.
The contract is scheduled to start this month and will run for approximately 12 months, with an initial sales value of around £4m, including negotiated project variations to date.
Andy Collins, managing director for CAF and group CEO, commented: “Winning this contract is another major step in the development of Connaught.
“It underlines our status as one of the very few commercial flooring companies in the UK that construction companies and developers will trust when choosing a specialist able to take on a complex project of this value…
“[This contract] has the proven ability to produce a very high quality product within a tight time schedule.”
The directors are said to be think this contract is for one of the largest flooring installations currently planned in the London market.
