New firms bring cocktails and mini-golf to Trafford’s Harp Trading Estate

Leisure operators specialising in cocktails and mini-golf are among the new companies moving into Trafford Park.

Working on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, property advisor JLL’s industrial team let units at Harp Trading Estate to Golf Eats Booze Ltd, which owns Manchester’s Junkyard Golf, and cocktail bar business The Liars Club Ltd.

Both firms signed up for 3,900 sq ft units on five-year leases.

Elsewhere, document management firm ITEC Connect snapped up a 2,978 sq ft unit to establish its first Northern depot.

Together, the three deals mean the 20-unit Harp Trading Estate is now fully occupied.

JLL senior surveyor Robert Kos said: “These units have been snapped up following their full refurbishment earlier this year.

“The success at Harp Trading Estate shows how landlords can capture the healthy demand for industrial space in Greater Manchester by upgrading their existing building stock.”

JLL is a joint agent on the scheme alongside real estate services firm CBRE.
