Sorted Group appoints ex-Shop Direct CEO, Mike Hancox as Non-Executive Director

Leading delivery experience company, Sorted Group, today announced the appointment of ex-Shop Direct and Otto CEO, Mike Hancox, as Non-Executive Business Director.

With over 25 years’ board level experience, Mike has led some of the UK and Europe’s largest retail businesses, having held the positions of CEO at European retailer, Otto, and formatively of CEO at online fashion business, Shop Direct.

Having worked at some of the world’s leading brands and retailers, Mike joins with a wealth of strategic experience and a comprehensive understanding of the omnichannel retail landscape. This is combined with a profound knowledge of the business challenges faced by organisations operating at scale in increasingly fast-paced retail industry when it comes to fulfilment. Mike knows first-hand the importance of delivering against increasingly elevated consumer expectations around fulfilment, all whilst ensuring that margins remain maximised at each stage.

Joining as Non-Executive Director, Mike will provide strategic counsel as well as support the development of some of Sorted’s major client relationships.
