Tees Valley the new home for one of UK's fast-growing water suppliers
One of the UK’s fastest growing water suppliers has chosen Wynyard Business Park, Tees Valley, as the location of its new office.
Everflow, which supplies water to commercial businesses throughout England and Scotland, has taken on a five year lease at the site.
The company was established two years ago to take advantage of the deregulation of the business water market in England and Scotland, allowing businesses to switch suppliers, and has grown quickly, resulting in its need for new, larger offices.
Andrew Wilde, Head of Sales at Everflow, said: “As the fastest growing water supplier to UK SME businesses we had outgrown our office space in a business centre in Castle Eden and needed larger premises to cope with increased customer demand.
“The high specification office space and the landscaped environment, coupled with the location almost adjacent to the A19, allowing us quick access to our business customers in Scotland and England, make Wynyard Business Park the perfect location to grow our business further.”
Acting on behalf of Northumberland Estates, joint agents Dodds Brown and Knight Frank let the 1,678 sq ft office space to Everflow.
Rebecca Maddison, Associate in the Office Agency Team at the Newcastle office of Knight Frank, said: “The ‘Wynyard Lifestyle’ in the shape of first class on-site facilities, such as a café, nursery, gym, and dental practice, along with the business park’s proximity to the sought after executive housing at Wynyard Park, to leisure facilities at Wynyard Hall Hotel and to top schools, also really enhances the attractiveness of Wynyard Business Park to new tenants.”
Stephen Brown, Senior Partner at Teesside independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown, added: “On-going investment in office space, landscaped environment and on-site facilities by Northumberland Estates will ensure we see many more office occupiers heading to Wynyard Business Park.”
